Terms

The rules for using this website and playing Wahala, in plain words.

Who we are

Wahala is made by Stig Labs. This website and the game are Stig Labs' work.

Playing through Lagos Life

You play Wahala inside Lagos Life, so Lagos Life's own terms apply to your account, your Lagos Life money and anything you buy there. Where these terms and Lagos Life's terms differ about your account or money, Lagos Life's terms win.

Stake parks

Stake parks follow the rules on the Fair play page and Lagos Life's limits. Lagos Life takes, holds and pays all fare. A settled result is final unless we or Lagos Life find it was reached by cheating or a fault, in which case the fare may be refunded instead.

Coins and items

Coins and the roof loads and slogans you get with them are part of the game. They have no money value, can't be sold or transferred, and can't be exchanged for fare or cash.

Play fair

Don't cheat, use bots or modified clients, trade wins, throw rounds, or abuse other players. We can mute, suspend or remove players who do, including from stake parks, and we keep round replays to check.

Our name and art

The Wahala name, logo, kekes, art and game are Stig Labs' own. Our press kit may be used to write about or stream the game.

Changes and availability

We keep improving Wahala, so features, parks and these terms can change. We'll update the date below when they do. We work to keep the game running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Questions about these terms: a contact address will be published here before the game launches.
